This is one of the best YouTube fitness channels we’ve come across. BeFit produces high-quality workouts that range from yoga to full-body strength circuits. What really sets them apart is the addition of celebrity trainers like Jillian Michaels, Billy Blanks Jr., Scott Herman, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Tara Stiles.

Do Yoga With Me

From beginner poses to advanced flows, Do Yoga With Me is an amazing resource. The website is full of free yoga videos, but it also provides free 6-8 week programs to help you improve your practice at home.

Physical Fitnet

When we’re looking for more technical explanations of moves, we head straight to Physical Fitnet. They have videos displaying proper technique of specific exercises and free full-length workouts. They also allow you to search exercises based on body-part, which is an awesome feature when you want to create a custom workout.

Scott Herman Fitness

This website does have a paying option for certain features, but it also includes some great free content. Scott Herman shares beginner weightlifting workouts and tips as well as workout videos for people with all levels of fitness. Jessica Smith TV

Jessica Smith has everything from barre to kickboxing. Some of the workouts are as short as five minutes, which is perfect if you’re pressed for time. We love to combine two or three of them to create the exact workout we’re looking for at the time.
